Cathy Eason, RVT

Cathy grew up with Beagles, English Setters, Collies and a host of wonderful mixed breed dogs of all sizes–many that she found, and many that found her. She graduated from Campbell University with degree in Health Sciences and from Central Carolina Community College with degree in Veterinary Medical Technology. For several years, Cathy worked as a veterinary technician in a small animal hospital in Cary, NC. She left veterinary clinical work to start a 33-year career in the pharmaceutical field at Burroughs Wellcome, Glaxo, Glaxo Wellcome and GlaxoSmithKline. Cathy and her husband, L.F. live in Cary. They love to spend time with their wonderful pack of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and a Japanese Chin. Cathy enjoys going to dog shows and over the years, she has shown and titled several of her dogs in both obedience and conformation and has also trained some of her Cavaliers in therapy work.
